Role/responsibilities
- Coordinates family medicine community placements for first- and second-year medical students.
- Works with students and family physicians to accomplish the goals of the Foundations of Clinical Medicine course.
- Provides faculty development training for the community physicians who serve as preceptors.
- Shares responsibilities for curriculum development and recruitment of approximately 150 family physicians needed to teach the FCM course.
- Coordinates the endeavors of the Partnership in Clinical Learning task force.
